GEI is Aya’s tool for public and policy advocacy for corporate gender policies.

The results of the GEI will indicate which companies or institutions have earned any range of points on promoting Gender Equality. The GEI Badge of Honour will be awarded to companies who are gender sensitive. This will help the public align with organisations who align with their values in order to support or patronize their goods or services.
