The Aya Academy offers several trainings in its thematic areas of work and can tailor the trainings upon request and client’s objectives. The Institute has done capacity building trainings in Trade, Governance and Media across Ghana. The institute spearheads Diversity, Equity and Inclusion training at the workplace for private sector managers and public policy experts among others, gender editing for authors and publishers, political campaigns training for women politicians, and training on gender sensitive reporting and programming for the media.
